Heading home today, taking new roads we haven't been on before. Went through some nice small towns, including Bardstown, KY. Outside of town, you could smell the mash cooking in one of the distilleries we passed! We stopped for the night in Crossville, TN. We drove downtown to eat at a restaurant and found out they were closed on Sunday. Not only that, most every other restaurant in town is closed today. So, we ended up at one of the few eateries opened - Krystal!! We will get home tomorrow, get the mail and dog, and then wash clothers and the car!
